breakfast
oatmeal with almond milk, peanut butter, banana, coconut, honey, and cinnamon
iced coffee with half & half and cinnamon

lunch
salmon & broccoli with mustard-dill sauce

dinner
quinoa pasta (with shrimp, garlic, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, fresh basil, spinach, sundried tomatoes, chopped walnuts, and fresh mozzarella)
a glass of bota box shiraz

snack
baked chili-garlic kale chips
dark chocolate chips & coconut
3 mini reeses peanut butter cups
