whole foods diet: day 1

breakfast
coffee w/ half & half
a few bites of leftover drunken noodles (minus the noodles)
a bite or two of oatmeal cookie (not gluten-free— oops)

snack

celery sticks with peanut butter
fresh strawberries

lunch

smoothie (frozen strawberries, frozen banana, low fat almond milk)
steamed baby bok choy with shiitake mushrooms

dinner

spinach pie (spinach, eggs, ricotta, feta, dill, cherry tomatoes) [link]
roma tomatoes with raw walnut pesto [link]
golden yunnan black tea
